Most restaurant sites stop being the restaurant the moment a customer is ready to buy — one click on “Order Online” and they're gone. We keep the whole experience inside the restaurant's own brand, and let the POS do what it does best behind the scenes. Flip the switch and watch the difference.
The customer gets handed off.
Tap “Check out” and the branded restaurant disappears — replaced by a generic third-party portal on a different domain. The restaurant just lost its customer at the most important moment.
We're not replacing the POS. Toast is excellent restaurant infrastructure — we let it run orders, payments, and the kitchen behind the scenes while the customer stays in the restaurant's own experience.

The production connection to the POS for live order submission and payment is the integration layer we're building next; we don't represent it as finished until it is.
